BAD SERVICE

I ordered with Yellow sub trading, when i called DPD that had my order for emergency delivery, willing to pay extra i was not assisted, they didn't even give me an option to collect from the store they said the warehouse is a mess since its festive, I just wanted my order and willing t pay extra they still couldn't assist or willing to negotiate with the 3rd party.
