Bad service

Bad customer service, no one answered the phone and delivery long overdue -AC*** Was supposed to be delivered from the 14-17 of December 2025, when I call them...no one is picking up. And I send them an email with my particulars but no one has made contact with me. This is mediocre & unacceptable
