bad experience from DPD Laser

What a bad experience received from this company and its delivery guy's. I have since ordered products from cotton-on and my parcel was delivered to dpd on the 24th already, it is the 27th and I still have not received my parcel which I need to use for my sons graduation Saturday the 29th, What am I to do? I called their *** with no luck. how disappointing
