Bad delivery service

Poor delivery service, they claimed we gave them a wrong address and when we called their office the agent confirmed the address is correct. The driver (Siyabonga Robert Phiri) did not even bother to contact me to confirm the address when he was getting lost and now they want to push my delivery to 4 days back for no particular reason. The agents say give us conflicting responses and they say they cannot contact the drivers in transit, it's just a mess.
