Bad customer service

This courier has such rude agents. The talk over customers and can’t listen and decipher what a person is saying. I tried to explain to one of their agents that I got a message regarding a delivery due today, the time was 17:30. I told her that I found it strange and wanted to explain but she just carried on talking over me. Train your people DPD laser
