Bad customer service// call Center agents.

Horrible call Center agents , called them countless times asking them for my parcel to be delivered before 17;00, they assured me that they have communicated with the driver , called back at exactly 17:00 only for them to pick up the phone and just breath on my ears!! Tracked parcel driver arrived at 17:45 returned parcel to depot .
