Bad customer service all round!!!!

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 29th of November, I haven't received it and there's no communication. Call centre agents are telling me that my parcel is still at the warehouse. Worst courrier company I've ever come across. No one is willing to assist even on their social media pages.
