Bad Customer Service

This Courier service is the most ************* and unprofessional. They neglect to collect your parcel from the main order centre and claim that they received it late. They claim to deliver in 2-4 working days but 5 days have lapsed and no delivery. They claim they only received my parcel on 6 June when in fact they received it or were notified about it on 3 june. It has been 3 days and my parcel has not moved. Do not make use of them.
