BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am very disappointed in DPD Laser they lack communication skills and they don't value their clients at all. They lost my package from dawn wings and they don't wanna take responsibility they taking me from post to pillar, they just dropped my parcel with out referencing not calling at all they didn't even confirm the name of the receiver.
