Bad courier service!!!!

Poorest courier service ever :( I have been waiting for my parcel since Monday, I received an sms from them that my parcel is out on delivery every morning and it just never comes.. I have to sit at home all day waiting until 18:30 just to have nobody show up.. This is unacceptable and I wouldn't recommend this courier service to anybody..
