BAD COURIER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolutely the worst service to date. My order was handed over from Amazon SA to this useless courier. They routed my package from Jhb to the Eatern Cape where I dont stay then they want to tell me my postal code is incorect which it was not. This was not my first Amazon purchase. Usuallg gets delivered by The Courier Guy which is great, nevee had issues with them. My package is now 4 days late. I have to follow up and stay on the line for over 10 min just to hear the same lame excuse and they cant tell me when ill receive it as the ops manager must reroute it. It makes me not want to order from Amazon again, because of this. Why change the courier service, it wasnt broken. DPD laser doesnt have any customer service Im sorry.
