BAD costomer Service

*********** courier, order from Pick and Pay, Dpd sitiing on parcel now from than8th February depot, They informed me that parcel will be delivered on 13th Feb check online tracker parcel on way . I'm informed on 14th Feb that driver is on his way. I wasn't given reason why take 2 days to deliver parcel just that call center agent was not in was unable to phone me.
