Bad communication ***

I normally give couriers time if they say they will deliver on this dare I give the two days extra but this one very very bad business they don't talk to their consumers no communication whatsoever I've been been wait for.my status to change since the 4 it say my package is at the depot until today I've send them emails no response that robot is useless it doesn't have any information so I called them yesterday trying to find out what is going on with my package and the lady said oh sorry mam the is a backlogs in our depot but your package was supposed to be delivered yesterday sorry for inconvenience just like that after all the emails their waiting for.me to call. Guys if u are facing a problem communicate with your costumes please
