BAD BAD SERVICE/ PARCEL MISSING

I’m extremely disappointed in the level of service this company has , on Friday 27th October my order was suppose to be delivered and I got no communication what’s so ever and on Monday 30th October I call them and one of their agents picks up and tells me they have been trying to call me but to my suprise I never got any missed calls and the lady tells me that my parcel will be delivered tomorrow which is the 31st October , this morning I call in to check if all is ready for my delivery and only for an agent to tell me the track that had my parcel was highjacked ,and he dropped the phone in my ear. What is the meaning of this? No explaination on when my order will be delivered. Is this how you treat your customers ? I’m highly disappointed in a service I paid for
