BAD BAD SERVICE

worst courier ever! try to get delivery deferred from Tuesday to Thursday same week. HA HA HA. it is now Friday afternoon , i have spent over 35 minutes on the phone , been bumped back into the queue 4 times and still cannot find out where my parcel is !!! Cant get through to switchboard option 9 as per their instructions , it stays engaged over 3hours now. got through once and was bumped back into the queue at NUMBER 35 estimated wait of 15 minutes after being on hold of 10 min. THEY SUCK! Email gets bounced as well.
