avoid this courier, they don't collect and deliver as you book.

avoid this courier, absolutely disgusting service. it's not first time that i experience parcel not collected on time with so unreasonable excuses, even i called them,they said they will call operation team, but no one came back to me, parcel not collected. next day, i called this company, they denied to organise collection in the morning and deliver on that day(as i booked), said they can only rebook another overnight service. totally unacceptable. avoid this courier
