Avoid this courier at all costs — they are a complete ****.

This company is absolutely terrible. They were supposed to deliver my parcel (tracking number AS***) to me, but instead handed it over to a complete stranger. I called their call center several times, and every single time the agents hung up on me.

This is pure negligence and shows how unprofessional they are. They cannot be trusted with customers’ goods. To make matters worse, Shein continues to use this knock-off courier without properly investigating their services. Both companies have failed their customers.
