Avoid them at all costs!!!!!!

Absolute worst! They lost/stole my packet and took 3 months with the investigation, after which I could no longer ask for a refund from Shein. DPD let me know they would claim back from the insurance and pay me the refund, but they never came back to me. I emailed them and called multiple times, and never got called back. Avoid them at all costs!!!!!!
