Avoid the worst courier company !!

I have a package delivery notification on Wed 8 Nov, nothing delivered still on 16h30 on 10 Nov 2023 the call center remains telling me they have escalated matter for 2days in a row, one advisor even put the phone down in my ear. Failing escalation system, no manager available to talk to me and yet, long promises by advisors however no result in delivering.
