Avoid stores that use DPD laser!!

Worst service ever !!!!! At first they delivered my package at the wrong person without trying to contact me. Now i have a second parcel i was supposed to use for my graduation 💔 they keep one updating it “ we couldn’t complete your delivery everyday” how do you know stores that use DPD laser ?!!! They need to be avoided by all means !!! This company is the worst!!
