Atrocious Service

This “courier” is easily the worst in South Africa. The level of service is so atrocious it’s difficult to describe without writing a very long review. They do nothing right. Just one small example: They demand things like proof of payment but their MS Exchange server rejects the emails with the small PDF file from the bank. If you ask them how you can send the proof of payment to them they simply don’t bother to respond. They’re unresponsive to any query. They provide false information to the seller stating they attempted to deliver but there was no one to sign for the package - a lie. The package is still with customs and no delivery attempt has been made. And before you blame customs I have received two orders from Amazon using UPS within 72 hours of placing the orders and yet the one send using DPD Laser has not been delivered 3 weeks after placing the order. DPD charged R2400 for an Express service. What compounds the issue is despite charging an exorbitant amount for an Express service that is anything but, they have the cheek to charge me an extra R360 for documentation and agency fees.
