Appalling Service

To date still no update on your system, your phone lines are not working...very poor service. Parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 22nd of December by 11:00 which was not done. We were told that we rescheduled which we never!!!! No update has been done on the system since 22nd December 10:37...shocking service
