Appalling Delivery Service

A very recent experience with DPD Laser was appalling. For over a week, DPD Laser failed to deliver a Christmas gift to me and their excuses were unacceptable. The company said that my address was incorrect or no one was at home, both of which were untrue! I will never recommend this courier or use them myself.
