Annoying Service

Poor unacceptable service! I received an email that my parcel is delivered today. But I didn’t receive anything and the driver didn’t even call me. It looks like planned lies! When I called I was told that they will deliver on Monday, I mean today it's Thursday, whatever I bought it's a gift which should be handed over tomorrow (Friday). This is b**l s***t!
