My parcel was sent with express delivery meaning it will be delivered within 24 hours, it has been a week. Every time I phone to find out what's going on they tell me it will be delivered that day, yesterday one of the more helpful call centre ladies actually had them look for the parcel and noted that it was to be sent out today. Phoned them earlier and they can't tell me if my parcel has been dispatched or where the parcel is.
