Aggressive Dpd courier

On Monday, 9 February, a DPD Laser courier delivered a parcel to me. He was rude and aggressive from the start, then explicitly hinted for a tip. When I politely declined, his manner turned markedly hostile. Most alarmingly, he stared at me intensely and for a prolonged time, leaving me feeling deeply uncomfortable and unsafe as a woman alone. He had facial and neck tattoos and a somewhat dark complexion. This is the first such experience I have had, and it is wholly unacceptable from a professional courier service.
