Absolutely useless service

I wish 0 stars was an option. This company’s service is absolutely terrible. I am so fed up.

I have been told since last Wednesday that my parcel is out for delivery. And everyday, no communication. Just repeated messages like this : Your parcel from SNATCHER DEALS ref OPT-*** could not be delivered.DPD Laser ***.

How could it not be delivered if you did not even attempt to deliver it? Getting really fed up. Why should I now try and call them everyday to hear what is going on?! Shouldn’t they contact me if something goed wrong on their side?

I refuse to try that again because you get put in a queue of 80+ callers, with a waiting time of 30+ minutes, all on my cost. And EVERY time when I am finally first in line then the call drops. Then the process starts over again. You can’t email them because they do not respond. So please tell me how am I going to get my parcel???? Ridiculous.

This is also not the first time this has happened to me with DPD Laser. Will not order from any online company ever again that uses this useless courier company.
