Absolutely Useless Courier

If I could rate this company a negative rating I would give them -10 stars. Absolutely useless service . Their automated queuing system for calls is totally insane I went from 22 in line to 8 to 13 to 6 then to 20 before I gave up, the operator makes being rude a whole new ball game. And after 8 calls I got no where close to speaking to the manager. Definitely would not use them ever. Cape Union Mart please read all the negative reviews on DPD Laser and do not use.
