Absolutely the Worst Courier Experience – Avoid at All Costs

This has been by far the most *********** and unprofessional courier company I have ever dealt with.

I paid for overnight express delivery, yet my parcel has not even been collected. To make matters worse, not only have I received zero assistance, but every attempt to follow up has been met with rude and dismissive agents who seem completely uninterested in helping customers.

There has been no communication, no apology, and no accountability. I paid for a premium service and received nothing but stress and frustration in return.

I would strongly advise others to stay far away from this company. They have no respect for customers’ time, money, or trust.
