Absolutely ridiculous service

Their service is not even worth half a star. I have sent multiple pins, locations, and directions, but they still end up in different suburbs, calling me to say that they cannot find my address or that it does not exist. This is absolutely ridiculous. They also won't even allow me to pick up the parcel at the depot. I will not be ordering any items that might be couriered via DPD in future.
