Absolutely pathetic courier company ever established

Very poor courier service,got an sms for collection today and they just don't pitch,call or anything,they just don't care and always have an excuse,they give very poor customer service,this happens always with dpd laser,surprised that the still operate,I've tried to call them and they keep me on hold as caller no 45 lol,this is very **** courier service and worst of all is if you order online you don't know if the retailer use them until you get confirmation from the that dpd laser is delivering,then it fells like I want to vomit,DON'T EVER USE THEM!!!,THEY ARE ****!!!
