Absolute no show and don’t bother to call

This is the worst courier service I have experienced. They were supposed to pick up a package from me for four days now which they have failed to do. At the end of each day they say they didn’t pick up because they couldn’t get the package but none has shown up at my address or even bothered to phone. Their drivers are obviously going to the wrong address or are too busy to make it. When I phoned in they said the driver tried to phone but I wasn’t answering which is a lie as my call history shows not one call from them in four days. I checked my phone number and address on the collection which is right. What courier company can’t find an address or call a cell number correctly. Sorry but an absolutely pathetic service
