A pathetic organisation that has no communication skills whatsoever

A pathetic organisation that has no communication skills whatsoever. I received an sms re my delivery and when I clicked on the link to reschedule the delivery I was directed to a website with an e-mail address ***. My e-mail to this address came back undelivered. I don't understand why any organisation would use DPD laser as their delivery partner.
