A nightmare to work with

The worst courier ever ! I have been waiting for a parcel for the past 5 days , every morning they send me n sms letting me know I will receive my order before 18h30 n everyday by the end of business day they update the parcel status to “exception “ , when u call they tell u the courier ran out of time .. the total worst !
