A bunch of unprofessional and *********** people

I took a day off from work and waited the whole day for my order to arrive, as I tracked on their web, my parcel was ready for delivery at 07:50. The time is now 19:00, I did not receive not a single phone call from any of their agents or anyone from wherever. I had to take the time and call them just after 18:30 as that was the due time on their site, to find out what is happening, only for a very cheeky Samantha to tell me that my order was damaged and couldn't be delivered and that I should wait for a call from them, which they failed to do in the first place. I took a day of from work to wait for them, Octotel was so professional as they gave me a call to let me know they were coming and they were so fast. I thought this stupid company would do the same, I'm very disappointed and I would never recommend this stupid company to anyone, I don't know why RSAWeb is using them in the first place.
