5 days later still no package from DPD

Been waiting for a parcel to be delivered since last week Wednesday, every time I phone they guarantee that I will be delivered. I am still waiting. In the time it has taken them to deliver this one package I have reordered the products and had them delivered. And every time I phone they tell me they have tried to contact me but could not get through after having confirmed my number with them multiple times. Honestly a joke, never had such bad service from a courier company.
