The worst experience ever. It has been over 24hrs since I requested that they collect an order for overnight delivery. I have paid for the delivery, but what is a confirmation email? You try to call the call center and hold for over an hour without speaking to a consultant. the IVR keeps saying you are now caller number one, but you never get through. If I did not receive an order from them yesterday, I would have believed that I was ****med. Hight do not recommend.
