2 days failed delivery

I give you 1 because I can’t give you -0 My delivery was scheduled for the 7th the driver said there are 2 locations on my address instead of calling to confirm he called after he left the first location which was the right location promised to deliver the next day you guessed it no delivery took place. I then rechecked my delivery address there were no such thing as 2 locations🙆🏽♀️ NB: Accountability need to be one of your KPI’s or rather close shop cause even this mountain of bad reviews doesn’t shake you
