Since the 18th May, I have been asking for feedback on a refund. Nevermind the fact that they don't stick to there time frame advertised as to when your order will be collected but also don't really acknowledge your emails. I've called and waited 30 minutes at a time for someone to tell me to send emails regarding my problem. I've sent emails and I'd say a quarter of all emails sent have Ben acknowledged and answered but with no follow up or results.
