DPB Automation

DPB Automation was hired in to conduct household repairs at a private residence although their company business card indicates that they did automation, CCTV and security works. The result has been that the work has been completed unsatisfactorily and DPB Automation is refusing to go back and address the concerns that has been raised. The owner of the residence is an elderly lady who has paid DPB Automation in good faith as the company was recommended. I have attempted to contact DPB Automation personally to start a dialogue in order to try and resolve the matter, however DPB Automation has not done me the courtesy of getting in touch. With current restrictions ongoing and with work been scarce, no company can afford a bad review as it will have an effect on securing work in the future. Furthermore, it cannot be allowed that companies like this prey on the elderly with there been no action taken against them as this is immoral and gives the industry a bad reputation. I strongly advise potential clients against using companies like DPB Automation and seek an alternative solution.
