Wool press dillema

Good Day, I am battling to get any info/replies/feedback or assistance from these guys. I have a well known or widely used wool-press on the farm requiring some parts. These guys are the distributors of these parts. The parts are common wear parts on the press. However, since November 2018 I have been trying to get the required parts without any success. They hardly ever answer the phone numbers provided on the website. When they promise you feedback, they never get back to you. They always have excuses of being busy somewhere else. In the meantime, I have to sit and wait with my wool lying in the shearing shed (my mainstream income). It cannot be sent to PE without being pressed into bales. As far as I know, nobody else manufactures these parts. This is by far the worst service I have ever received in my life. They are so far removed from their company mission/vision, it is actually a joke.
