Dozi *****ing peoples money at overbooked Jo Black show

we booked tickets for a show at Dozi back at the roots 2 weeks before the show. but dozi had over booked people and we could not go into the show, we asked for our money back and one Girl with the name of Jade said they don't have any money left to refund, but she will give me a signed paper with her hand writing on stating that they will pay me back the R600 for my ticket that i could not use due to their negligence. know they are just ignoring us and said on Maroela Media that they will not pay back the money if the people did not asked for it that day!!! but i have proof of them admitting to giving back my money via internet banking. they have made a lot of money out of people that could not go into the show. he over booked the people and now Dozi is just taking the money . i think this is *****ing.
