Terrible Treatment of staff

Dowry is well known for making their staff work double and TRIPLE shifts!!!! Which is not only ********* - it's *******! And it is completely inhumane - the staff arrive with a meal for their shift but then have NOTHING to eat or drink for the next 12 or 24 hour shift. They are also exhausted which puts our safety at risk - and that's what we're paying Dowry for - to keep us safe! I find it disgusting!
