Baddest customer service ever

I received the worst service ever. I went there to book for a photoshoot but the service I got there was horrible. The workers are just rude. Can something be done? If yes please let me know coz all I want now is just my refund then I will never even look at their business ever again. The guy who attended to me even refused to put on a mask because he said "he is in his own space so he can't put on a mask"
