Excellent service

I had been let down for an urgent corporate order of Golf shirts and caps from another supplier and when i contacted Downtown Embroidery on Friday 22-05-2015 at 9.30am the manager MR Jeewa advised me to bring my design and garments to him and he would be able to see if he could assist. i needed the stuff for corporate event on the Monday 25-05-2015. he immediately got his design department to digitize the design so he could give me costings. he also went out of his way to stop an order that he had currently running and started with my work. he personally delivered the goods on Sunday morning to my house packed neatly. i was totally amazed at the excellent service and customer satisfaction guaranteed.
