Terrible Communication!!

I am very unhappy about the service supp**** to me by Downings Event Hire. <br> <br> I was promised a phone call regarding the delivery time multiple times, each time I called they couldnt give me a time. No one bothered to get back to me, I had to struggle all day to get hold of them. <br> When i finally got a time, they were half an hour late. <br> <br> When it came to the pick up of the inventory, no one communicated a time with me and i have not received any calls or any communication as to when it will be collected and its almost closing time. <br> <br> Not impressed
