NOT ATTENDING TO AN EMERGENCY CALL

I phoned Dowery security as they are our area security (Weltevredenpark) to ask their assistance with my ****** vehicle in Constantia Kloof, phoned them 3 times nobody ever pitched.... I then saw them on my way to home and asked them 'what happened?' their excuse... sorry Constantia Kloof is not in our area. Goodness sakes the two areas is next to each other, I weren't even 2km away... they didn't even had the common decency to phone me to tell me 'Sorry neh'... this could have been a life threatening situation and they would most probably have done the same... I promise you if I phoned Dunmar or Chubb they would have assisted me.. because they don't have areas they are all over...
