Dowry take money but dont deliver

1) When I moved over to Dowry, I had a battery pack from SOS guarding who we had used previously. When the Dowry consultant cam to install the unit they advised that the battery pack was still working so they did not install a new one. However, we were charged for the battery pack even though nothing was supp****. Now our battery pack is no longer working and Dowry refuse to install a replacement at their cost even though we have paid for it already. This is theft of monies and despite trying to resolve this it remains a problem. 2) Without consultation and warning Dowry send an invoice and deduct funds from your account for "annual license fee'. This amount is NOT consented to but the money is just pulled from your account. I have requested a refund but Dowry refuse.
