Worst Experience ever!!

A huge complaint to Dove Funeral Service!

My mother has a small funeral cover with them.

My mother died on the 10th of Nov and buried on the 15th Nov. I have to pay most of the funeral which I don’t mind, but every bit can help. Dove said that my mother have a X amount that can help us.

The money has to pay out to my sister which is not possible. She get SASSA Grant and don’t have a bank account. She is not mentally stable. I am the guardian of Maria now.

We send all the paper work in to Dove. 2x Affidavit, bank statements and all the forms that they give us to help the process.

It’s a month later and still nothing and NO help from Doves???

Doves excuse is that they don’t have power! The whole month? What about a generator? How do they still do business?

I think that Dove Gezina is the worst! Worst experience ever!
