Very unreasonable premiums and *********** staff

The premium goes up every time they feel like it without alerting us in advance maybe twice a year with ridiculous amounts. When my mom went to join Doves I was with her and we were never told that the premium increases yearly. When I finally went to their East London branch I never got clear answers. In beginning of 2021 we were paying R350 or R370 and went up to R488 now it's R581😢. Mind you I'm paying R129 @ capitec for R100 000 covering my mom, my dad and me😊
